干燥箱各系统配置及技术说明：
1)本设备由室体、加热系统、电气控制系统、送风系统、保护系统等组成。
2)工作室内搁架可随用户的要求任意调节高度以及搁架的数量。
3)工作室与外箱之间的保温材料为优质超细玻璃纤维保温棉，保温层厚度：＞70mm, 隔温效果好，国内，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、铝制反射铝箔片、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆结构独特，极大减少了内腔热量的外传。
4)门与门框之间采用高性能密封材料及独特的橡胶密封结构，密封、耐高温性、抗老化性好。
5)箱内风道采用双循环系统，不锈钢多翼式离心风轮及循环风道组成，置于箱体背部的电加热器热量通过侧面风道向前排出，经过干燥物后再被背部的离心风轮吸入，形成合理的风道，能使热空气充分对流，使箱内温度大限度达到均匀。提高了空气流量加热的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的温度均匀性。
6)加热器用不锈钢电加热管，升温快，寿命长。
